Condensing units suit connection for upgrading many existing buildings using hot/cold duct air delivery from central plants. The challenge on this site to fit in (2) separate condensing units within a compact space with high capacity but leaving enough space for easy access and serviceability. 

   

Located on the edge of Melbourne's inner city on William street this 10 story building needed upgrading on its AC Plant. Our Condensing units giving high capacity, 25%-100% capacity control and simple operation were a easy choice. These units give 150kW of cooling each and are connected to a central rooftop Air Handing Unit.
